Making a one off gift to AMEN 
       

Thank you for entering this page and making a gift to the ongoing work of the people we support. We are grateful for all gifts we receive but would ask you to consider joining the increasing number of helpers who make regular donations. Not that we want to stop receiving one off donations, but regular gifts help us to plan ahead.

     

To make a one off donation you can either send us a cheque (drawn on a UK bank account) or make your donation online by completing the form at the bottom of this page. 

 

Our preference is a cheque since it means we receive the money as quickly as possible and do not have to pay a handling charge. Please click here for the appropriate form. Then print this form, fill it in, and post it to AMEN with a cheque.

In both cases, if you are a UK tax payer we would ask you to make a Gift Aid declaration. This will help us to increase the gift which you give to us - courtesy of the UK government - at no cost to yourself. You only need to do this once and it covers all future donations. A declaration is included in the form above - if you are making your donation on line then please select the correct option below.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Even if you are a UK tax payer you can only claim gift aid if you pay an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that we reclaim on your donations in the tax year (25% of your gift).

  1. If the project or ministry for which any gift is received has already been fully funded, discontinued or cannot be completed for reasons beyond the control of the charity, the Trustees reserve the right to use the funds for other similar projects or where most needed.

  2. Trustees might, from time to time, use money donated to the worldwide work of AMEN to help support partners and associates of AMEN in developing countries if a personal emergency arises.
