Refunding
Donations
Refunds
are not able to be given for voluntary donations made by cheque or cash
and are not normally given for online donations.
However,
we recognise that there are sometimes exceptional circumstances which
arise where a mistake has been made in making an online donation and a
correction is appropriate.
For
example:

If
the wrong donation amount was entered in error and not noticed until
the donation was confirmed (e.g £1000 entered instead of £100)
-
If
the donation has inadvertently resulted in serious family problems
As
a Christian charity we are sensitive to these exceptional circumstances
and would be willing to consider a refund of all or part of the donation
given provided that we are notified within 7 days of the actual donation
date. Please send an E Mail with all details to

If
you have set up a Futurepay agreement you can change subsequent
donations either through the AMEN page or by logging onto the Worldpay
Shopper Management System (SMS) by clicking on the link http://www.worldpay.com/shopper
